MahaNakhon, a 314-meter with 77-storey skyscraper developed by Pace Development Corporation PLC, now stands as the tallest building in Thailand (until the completion of 315-meter Magnolia Waterfront Residences in 2018). MahaNakhon is a mixed-use project comprising of MahaNakhon CUBE and MahaNakhon HILL, 10,000 square meters of luxury retail space; The Ritz-Carlton Residences ,194 extraordinary apartments with prices ranging from approximately 220,000 - 400,000 baht per square meter, will be among the highest prices achieved for Thai luxury real estate; The Bangkok Edition Hotel, with 150 rooms, operated by The Ritz- Carlton Hotel Company in a collaboration between Marriott International and renowned hotelier Ian Schrager and a multi-level roof-top Terrace Bar and observation deck.

In addition, the project provides a complete range of Building Automatic System such as Automatic Elevator System, Automatic Parking System, etc. for privacy and security of customers.

ชีวิตแสนสบายบนตึกสูง

MahaNakhon ด้วยความสูง 314 เมตร จำนวน 77 ชั้น ‘โครงการมหานคร’ โดยบริษัท เพซ ดีเวลอปเมนท์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) โดดเด่นด้วยสถาปัตยกรรมที่ทันสมัย ภายใต้แนวคิดการออกแบบให้อาคารเสมือนถูกโอบล้อมด้วยริบบิ้นสามมิติหรือ ‘พิกเซล’ ที่เผยความงามสง่าอยู่ใจกลางมหานครแห่งสยาม ย่านสีลม-สาทร

โครงการมหานครเป็นโครงการแบบมิกซ์ยูสที่ประกอบไปด้วยพื้นที่ค้าปลีกมหานคร คิวบ์ และมหานคร ฮิลล์ ซึ่งมีพื้นที่ประมาณ 10,000 ตารางเมตร และมีห้องชุดพักอาศัยโดยกลุ่มริทซ์-คาร์ลตันจำนวน 194 ยูนิต
