As a developer of pastry products and other ‘eating’ concerns, Darin Ditsumreong has to ‘pay attention’ rather than focus only on a ‘dish.’

Chinatown, Bangkok is home to Yoawarat Street, a place reknowned and memorable for its unique identity. It is unlike any other place in the city. The mere mention of its name invokes images of the gold market, the Chinese dispensary, and a food market popular with people who love delicious food. Some people say “the higher you are, the colder you get”, but for me, I think “the higher you are, the more romantic atmosphere you get” However, for those who don’t have any plan and are looking for a romantic place to enjoy a rooftop dinner and sip a cold drink, we would like to recommend three following places to indulge your senses.

Eating manners are very important in every culture. In different countries people apply different formalities while dining. Learn more to understand more for your good savoir-vivre.

As our faith and curiosity overcomes people’s negative view of Myanmar; like it is a dangerous country or people are not friendly, this issue we would like to bring you to the top of the mountain in Kyaikto city, Mon State, Myanmar where a well-known ‘Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda’ is located on.

Do Restaurants need menu? For the person who walk into the restaurant and order the same food as stir-fried pork and basil with fried-egg, fried noodle in soy sauce, fried noodle in gravy or fried rice, he may not need it. However, in some restaurants that have more food, Menus are necessary for them to give the further detail, cost or persuade people with design through it.


Normally, there are 2 kinds of menu; leaflet and booklet. The simple restaurants use laminated A4 paper for their menus, but some restaurants use booklet menus with photos and design inside.

STREET ARTS OF BLU

The Italian street artist ‘Blu’, likely best known for his Complex Graffiti Animations, has transformed a former military warehouse in Rome into an expansive and colorful mural, canvassing the building’s surface in over 25 unique faces. Nearly 50 windows spanning three stories become the eyes of each quirky character. The vibrant spectrum of overlapping illustrations introduces a lively atmosphere to the pubic street.
